Venice beach personifies a beachy-relaxed california life-style. Saturday enjoyed a great time dodging the rain to check out some cool shops and some good food on abbot-kinney. Surfing is gentling tugging at me lately. Just finished up reading the Way of The Surfer and now I’m onto a really cute book by a girl from Seattle called Chasing Waves. Surfing has planted a seed and now I find myself looking into how I can take some lessons this spring. Exciting! Also totally inspired by these pictures by photographer Wayne Levin.
